In late October 2010 I signed a contract with The Home Depot to install leaf protection on my home gutter system - I ask and was assured that Home Depot only sold ONE type of leaf protection system and it would not touch my roof - a clip -on gutter guard. On 11/18/10 Alpha Gutters - a Home Depot subcontractor - came and installed a "NON Hone Depot" product that did go under my shingles. To do the installation Alpha Gutters, Inc, the installer, CUT my shingles of my roof without my knowledge or consent. This installation invalidated both my installation and manufacturer warranties. More importantly the cutting resulted in shortening the shingle overhang to an extent that it has degraded my roofing system - fascia boards and decking protection - and made my roof ineffective to protect my home from potential water damage.\r \r I have been working since that time to attempt and resolve this issue - there have been more than 20 persons involved from The Home Depot, Sedgwick (The Home Depot's
