I had a very needy little beagle, who was only used to being with myself or my husband...until he went to Best Friends. Although George is a very friendly little dog, he doesn't like to be away from his mom or dad...unless he is alone at his house or at Best Friends. When he goes for daycare, grooming or an extended stay at Best Friends, he is greeted by one of the employees and he proceeds happily along with them without looking back to say goodbye! George only goes to the vet once (maybe twice) a year, and the minute we walk in the door he starts pulling back and immediately wants to leave. Sometimes when we go walking, if he doesn't want to go a certain direction, he'll pull back in the opposite direction. So when he goes to Best Friends and can't get out of the car & inside the door fast enough - that's a testimonial of how great they are with George and how much fun he has there. George has been going to Best Friends in Carmel for daycare, grooming & boarding for six years. I trust them and have never been disappointed.
Pros: Loving, caring employees. Clean facility. Dependable.
