This place has a nice front, but they don't give a damn. My cat was treated there once and that was the last time I'm taking her there. As a pet owner, you know if your baby has been mistreated after they come home. Don't get me wrong, I'm not paranoid. My baby has seen her share of pet hotels. SHE HAS NEVER BEEN IN THIS MUCH STRESS. Oh, the bill also came out a LOT more expensive than other BETTER places. Don't go there. you'll pay way to much for sub-par service. Take your pet to Gaithersburg or Damascus or Frederic.
