I used to take my two dogs here. I was not impressed at all, they have a fancy new facility but everything is so unorganized. I was told I needed to bring my nine month old puppy in for a check up, although she was having no health problems and was up to date on all vaccines and already spayed, I made an appointment to bring her in because I trust the vet knows what they are doing. I made an 8:00 appointment went in sat in the lobby and a vet tech comes out and says "why is she here" I said "I kept getting emails saying she needed to come in for a puppy exam, and I called and they said to bring her in just to make sure everything is going okay." The woman than tells me there is no need to see my dog and I can go home.I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but it was just annoying when it happened and I was left feeling confused about why they ever told me she needed to go in anyway, nobody could answer that question.
