Review content:
I had a wall oven that sometimes would not work above 350. I decided to buy a new one but, only if it fit the old opening perfectly. I took the dimensions in with me and bought one I was assured would fit perfectly. On delivery day that was two days late they showed up started to remove the old one and then informed me it would cost an extra $50 for wiring. I had them check the size to make sure the new one was the right size it was 3/4 of an inch to short. They told me to hire a carpenter to fill in the gap. I told them I wanted one to fit the old hole and provided them all the exact dimensions so, I didn't want the new one that was to small. He told me he didn't remember how to hook the old one back up and left. The store offered me $50 off the new one but, the old one they broke was my problem.
