My car broke down in a BAD area and my young daughter and I were about an hour away from home. I called ATW and Fleet Services and one of their workers came to wait with my daughter and me until the tow truck arrived, which was under a half an hour, since they called it in for me! I knew I was in for a BIG repair bill but was surprised when they produced a bill that was well below what I expected. Our repair was pushed up as a priority, since they knew we lived an hour away and wanted to make sure we got home before dark. They even offered us snacks and beverages and turned on a big screen TV for my daughter while we waited.\r
