I have worked with Automotive Impressions twice. I was hit at an intersection, and since I was happy with Automotive Impressions' work so much the first time, I hired them to repair my front bumper and hood this time around, too. They conveniently had a car waiting for me to use when I dropped off my car for the repair, so I didn't have to deal with a car renting company. As expected, they got things done in a timely fashion. It was actually done faster than I thought it would take. The quote they gave me was a little lower than what it actually came out to be due to the price of a part that had to be ordered, but they dealt directly with my insurance agency to make sure I was also paid for that difference. This is a family organization, so the sons, the mechanics, and everyone who helps out are wonderful people to work with. They are polite and grateful for my business. The wife in the front office is a very nice person, as well. We always have a good laugh, and she even says how we should grab lunch together. I don't even have to have car trouble to know I'm going to see her again! I love working with this company. It's been an excellent experience.
