My dog is my baby and all the vets here understand that. They are slightly pricy but the service is so great it's worth it. My dog was crying hysterically one night, I panicked and took him to the ER in Mentor. What a nightmare!! I knew something was hurting on his face but wasn't sure what. After they ""tested"" my dog (which is a complete horror story in itself) I rushed him to Madison the next morning. The ER had told me he ""probably got stung by something"" which I didn't believe. Within 10 seconds of the vet looking at him she realized he had a giant ulcer in his eye that was incredibly painful! They fixed him up and now he's fine but had we not gone there he would've been stuck in tremendous pain with me thinking it was a bee. I love this vet and will continue to use them as long as they're in business :)
