WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I had them clear a problem I had with the main waste pipe in my house. They advertise loudly that their work is warrantied for 3 months. Two months later, I called when the same problem occurred and the sewage was backing up into my basement. I spoke to Mike who I presume is the owner. He informed me in a very unpleasant and agitated tone that the warranty does not cover weekends, evenings or holidays and that the charge would be $325 to come to my house. When I reminded him that this convenient nuance to his warranty was never mentioned, he became very angry and hung up the phone. If you live in the Southern Tier of New York, try Sheesley's. They're honest and get the job done right. YOU WERE WARNED!!!
