My treatment plan included a deep scaling which is currently not covered by my insurance and some fillings which are covered. The office manager refused to set up an appointment to get my fillings done BEFORE I could save money or get coverage for the deep scaling...they said it's not ethical to do fillings first...really? but it's ethical for a doctor not to help at all unless you pay the cash they want? I guess there is a reason why this office has different staff each of the 3 times I went there within the last year...
