Aspen Dental - Grant

I knew my tooth needed to come out and I had no anxiety for my first tooth extraction. You all were very nice and showed me you care about all your patients. There are some things that I don't agree with, but I can voice my concerns. Thank you for all your help and being friendly. more

Had denture repair,replaced two teeth in denture while I waited was only there 2hrs. Total including examination. Repair was great can not see where repairs were made.?? more

The staff is awesome more

Everyone was professional our time was respected / all options were explained to us concerning the Denture scale & warrentys scheduling was organized & the fee was waived for prior denture tooth repair because of purchase of new set of upper & lower dentures ..much appreciated !! more

The dentist made sure I was comfortable. I was very nervous and everyone helped timeout me at ease more

My Bottom plate broke clean in half and they had me fixed up and ready to go in three hours. No hassles or problems at all. more

All i can say is WOW! Three dentist tried to pull my tooth two from carmel indiana one from fishers all of them couldn't get me numb i went in to aspen they took ex-rays super nice girl the front desk was super nice then i seen the dentist i was think great another dentist that was going to tell me the world and then nothing ooooohhhhh was i wrong he had me numb in 5/10 minutes and the had my split tooth that was infected out in 5 min so in 15 min it was done with no pain now the other 3 dentist that tried gave all kinds of pain so after many years of looking for a wow dentist i found mine at aspen dental and it did cost a arm and a leg i was in the marine corp for 8 yrs and been a hvac tech for 16 yrs and in all that time never found a true dentist in my opinion well aspen dental has a true dentist no a wow dentist thank you and i want to thank the staff also i liked it so much im getting my teeth cleaned this saturday more

My last review I said the dental assistant was Amanda , but I looked again and her name was Carly , she was awesome ! So sorry about the name confusion girl !!! Also I have to say once more Dr. Wood was amazing as well ?? more

Walked into Aspen dental on a Saturday afternoon to try and schedule an appointment for my daughter on Monday. They told me they were booked up for the remainder of the week, however as we were standing there they had a cancellation and worked us in. We were able to get the necessary dental work done in order for my daughter to get her braces done on Tuesday. Great job Heather, Stachia, Cynthia, Camisha, Nicole and Dr. Wood thank you. My daughter had an awesome experience today. Aspen dental in Marion is awesome. more

I had cracked the top plate of my 5 year old dentures I had made at the Marion, IN aspen Dental. They were able to fix the crack and I had them make a new set of a higher quality material. The staff were friendly and professional. I would like to especially mention dental assistant Jenna and lab tech John for their outstanding customer service and patience in answering all of my questions. My treatment plan included a deep scaling which is currently not covered by my insurance and some fillings which are covered. The office manager refused to set up an appointment to get my fillings done BEFORE I could save money or get coverage for the deep scaling...they said it's not ethical to do fillings first...really? but it's ethical for a doctor not to help at all unless you pay the cash they want? I guess there is a reason why this office has different staff each of the 3 times I went there within the last year... more
