We purchased a maintenance agreement with this company for our rental. The first time out, the maintenance guys couldn't even identify the brand of heat pump due to its age... but I found it in 10 seconds. They did fix the current issue and granted us 15% off the top for our repairs as per the agreement, but never returned to complete the maintenance call.\r

Fast forward 6 months to the next maintenance call. Coolant line of heat pump still leaking, but in a place inaccessible. Now we're looking at replacing the system (obviously not their fault, it's 20 years old). However, their bid is nearly 40% higher than others and they claim that the 15% discount applies to absolutely no part of this project as it is replacement rather than repair. Not even a labor break. Why did I purchase a contract then? Plus, the sales guy who did the bid was not particularly kind or sympathetic to our claims of disappointment with their service. Won't be giving these people our money.
