Comfort Flow Heating

We purchased a maintenance agreement with this company for our rental. The first time out, the maintenance guys couldn't even identify the brand of heat pump due to its age... but I found it in 10 seconds. They did fix the current issue and granted us 15% off the top for our repairs as per the agreement, but never returned to complete the maintenance call.\r \r Fast forward 6 months to the next maintenance call. Coolant line of heat pump still leaking, but in a place inaccessible. Now we're looking at replacing the system (obviously not their fault, it's 20 years old). However, their bid is nearly 40% higher than others and they claim that the 15% discount applies to absolutely no part of this project as it is replacement rather than repair. Not even a labor break. Why did I purchase a contract then? Plus, the sales guy who did the bid was not particularly kind or sympathetic to our claims of disappointment with their service. Won't be giving these people our money. more

Had an entire heat pump system put in a couple years ago. Heat pump, air handler, and all the duck work. They came in drew a rough plan and a bid. Two weeks later I had a complete system that works and looks great. more

I can speak from both the residential and commercial side in reviewing Comfort Flow. We recently built a new house and installed a forced air split heat pump system. The crew that did the installation was fast and professional, and everything works perfectly. From the commercial side, Comfort Flow is absolutely exceptional in performing HVAC service and maintenance on a complex boiler and gas furnace system at my 100,000 sq ft workplace. Before we hired Comfort Flow, we had temperature regulation problems. Once Comfort Flow was hired, they quickly diagnosed several issues and adjusted controls to accomplish much more consistent performance with the units. While Comfort Flow may not be the cheapest company around, I dare say they are probably the BEST in town for both commercial and residential heating and coolling needs! You won't be disappointed. more
