Toyota Marin has been the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. I found a red 2000 civic and spoke with Paula Londow. I told her beforehand what my credit score was, what my down payment was, and if she can work with me. I was very clear if they dont have the lenders then do not waste my time by me coming down there. I filled out the credit application and came down to check out the car. I arrived and it was in the shop. Understandable, but I got to check it out so I was happy. Paula assured me that she would have it ready by 2pm the next day to test drive. I arrived and waited for her. I went and saw the civic still in the shop.Alone still no Paula. She then sent Luis Duran to tell me it wasnt ready and never came herself. I went ahead and spoke with the only bright spot in the whole dealership a really nice guy named neil..a mechanic...After speaking with him I felt comfortable with purchasing the vehicle.
