We bought a car from Toyota Marin, though we live over 60 miles away in Saratoga, and even have a couple of large Toyota dealers within 5 miles of where we live. The story: my wife was looking for a small yellow-color car, which we discovered was not easy to find. We contacted quite a few dealers, but the typical response was ?we don?t have one available? . Seeing our request on an auto website, Luis Duran of Toyota Marin contacted us, and was able to locate a yellow Toyota Yaris at another dealership (outside the area). We had been considering another brand (for much less money) but Luis persuaded us to buy the Yaris - a decision helped by the fact that he and his managers went the extra mile of bringing it over to the dealership, even though we had not made a final commitment. That?s what I call great customer focus and service. Luis met our price target, and so we ended up driving the 60+ miles to pick it up. We were extremely happy in in our dealings with Luis and ev
