I don't normally write reviews, however this had to be noted for future patrons interested in buying a car and feeling completely comfortable and trusting of the person giving you the vehicle "info". Lana was our sales rep on my boyfriend and I's 2007 Camry Hybrid. She was absolutely wonderful! Rarely do you find a sales person who doesn't actually "sell" you something, but relates to your situation and tries to work with what works best for you. So friendly and easy going too (we had our dog, and the dealership brought him in to give him treats)! We almost didn't get the Camry b/c it looked as though it had been taken, but she saw how much we wanted it and fought for us to get the car, and we did! She didn't want us to wait long to do paperwork, so she helped the financial supervisor who was busy with other customers, by grabbing some documents to get us started any way. On top of that, she let us hold the car there over night, detailed it for us, and then when we picked up the Cam
