Unsatisfactory is too good of rating for this den of theives! Our contract specified repairs and after three trips to their 'place of business' they never fixed the issue. We have 2 third party estimates of the issue. Ray insists nothing is wrong with the car. They make any promise they can to make a sale, everyone will tell you a different story, good luck getting a call returned! We're taking them to court. Unless you want to follow suit..STAY CLEAR!
