They will lie to you and tell you anything to sell you a car. Bought a car from them and it started having major issues with me putting less than 200 miles on it. Took it back twice, got told it was fixed twice and was lied to twice. Finally came to a deal with them and they screwed me again. I have turned them into the BBB and the State Attorney General, so we will see what comes of it. Buyers beware. Have any car you plan on buying from them checked out by your OWN mechanic. Or just stay away if you can. This company is NOT a BBB accredited company as the door sign says it is. Look it up they have to many complaints. more

with email Being a repeat customer with these guys, and having bought three cars from best bet, I can honestly & sincerely best bet auto sales as a company. I bought my first jetta from them in 2009, and have bought two more rides since (a pilot for my wife, and an Infiniti QX for the winters ). They are good people, with good intentions & good prices to boot. Sometimes I wish they'd negotiate with me a little more, but even so, I can't complain. I've had a seemless experience every time. I'm not going to lie - patrick asked me to leave a review on this site if I was happy with my experience the 2nd time I did business with them, and it's taken me another 11 months to finally get around to it. They keep in touch from time to time updates & Facebook, and assuming they have the car I'm looking for (and their prices stay the same) I'll definitely be back for a 4th. George notes: Good people, good cars, good business. Just don't expect to be able to haggle on the price, however they always priced 10 to 15% less then blue book which' s great! Way to go no wonder you guys are the number one in the state, Really Awesome Place more

I agree with the previous post, unsatisfactory is to good a word to use with these guys. I purchased my vehicle in january and had about 5 things on my promised repairs list. My salesmen said "if we promise to repair these issues, do we have a deal", I said yes thinking they might actually come through on their end of the deal. Well, it is now July and 1 thing has been fixed and stayed fixed. Not only are they not fixing issues, the ones they do fix they are using very poor equiptment that breaks within six months and thats if you can even get someone to talk to you. Just remember that their smooth talking salesmen and managment just want your money and they are willing to say ANYTHING to get it. I have been trying for 2 months to get someone to speak with me, when that failed I filed a complain with the BBB, guess what, they dont even respond to that. I seriously feel violated that I was promised many things, not only have they not been handled but they wont speak with me now. STAY AW more

I had a great experience buying my car from best bet, They were patient with me as I looked at all of my options, walked their huge lot several times and my sales person janet answered all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured to buy, but rather felt happy to be purchasing from them. All of my unique needs were met, they gave me 90 days warranty free of charge and showed me the carfax without even asking for it. and I left a satisfied customer! Love driving my new car! more

Unsatisfactory is too good of rating for this den of theives! Our contract specified repairs and after three trips to their 'place of business' they never fixed the issue. We have 2 third party estimates of the issue. Ray insists nothing is wrong with the car. They make any promise they can to make a sale, everyone will tell you a different story, good luck getting a call returned! We're taking them to court. Unless you want to follow suit..STAY CLEAR! more

STAY CLEAR OF BEST BET! They offer to fix your vehicle when buying a car, but when it comes down to the repair, they will NOT fix the vehicle. They are NOT honest, will NOT return your calls, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. One star is too good of a rating but is as low as I can go! more

Best Auto Buying Experience Ever 2/3/2012

Best Auto Buying Experience Ever!!! Bought a car from best bet auto about a month ago and had a very easy, simple transaction. I found the perfect BMW after looking at many other places. I looked at several dealerships and none of them gave me the feeling of comfort and confidence like best bet. They disclosed everything they new about the car, showed me the carfax and also offered to bring it over to my mechanic to have it checked. They did not negotiate much with the price but that was ok since it really was priced very well compared to similar cars available at other dealerships I did trade in an old Mercedes and they gave me a very fair trade price. I financed my purchase and they beat the interest rate that my credit union was giving. I made sure that when I found the car that I liked at best bet to wrap up the deal fast because while I was there it was extremely busy and in the 2 hours I spent there they must have sold 5 cars. When I arrived there the very car I wanted to buy was on a test drive lucky for me the person test driving my car bought another car on the lot. Their website is great, full of information, and they respond to you right away. We were also very impressed on how informed all the sales guys were with all the different models they carry. My husband plans on buying a car next and after the fantastic experience we had at best bet we could not imagine buying a car anywhere else. more

Good Deals and Honest People 1/29/2012

Everyone was great, they don't try to up sale or over charge. I totally trust them and they explain clearly whats going on. Their prices are totally reasonable (I've compared to other places). I highly recommend going to them for your car needs. more

If I could give a negative number I would. TERRIBLE!!! They will sell you a broken car and then claim it's not their falt and they didnt know, even though there is a warrenty. After waiting a month to ""pick up"" the car. We got it with a broken windshield, broken tail light, broken antena. BUT they would not replace or fix!!!!\r \r If you want to pay $3k to fix your car after buying it, take the chance. If you are smart you will STEER CLEAR!!!!!\r more
