No question with honesty. It's possible employees could steal, but generally, Colin and others are vigilent and the workers are continually watched, so I would not suspect a huge theft like this and while the other reviewer was critical of how the theft is handled, anyone who owns a business does the same thing...refer to their insurer and what do insurers do? They take your premiums and do not want to pay out. That's how they are on top of the stock market. So unless you have photographic evidence and affadavits, you will lose in a property claim. It's happened to me and probably most people.\r Have frequented Fuller's on/off for 46 years, when my parents went there, but have had my ""issues."" Have to return numerous times sometimes to get things fixed and. Cost is higher too, about 15%. They are human, and can be profiteers and so like with anything, you have to watch what they do.\r \r Ultimately, sometimes I feel borderline with them, but right now I believe in their honesty, and am willing to pay more for the convenience and outstanding service. Pros: Great Service/convenient/honest Cons: cost 15% more and getting it right the first time!
