Review content:
I purchased furniture from Fred's Furniture. The mirror on the bedroom set was scratched and I asked to have it fixed. It took them more than 5 months to get the repairs going, and then only after I took the mirror to them myself. I also purchased a very expensive leather couch and love seat whose mechanisms to recline broke within two years. I complained to the owner about the cost of having the parts replaced when there should not have been a repair if the furniture would have been worth the money I spent on it. The man had the courage to tell me that I was just babbling on about the broken furniture, and if I could just get to the point of the conversation. Did I or did I not want to have the mechanisms repaired at my cost. I was so furious I just decided that I would put up with the broken recliners, get my mirror, and never do any business with them again. I wished I had read the reviews already on the web about this business, I would definitely never have set one foot in that store.
