Review content:
One day in fall 2012, I parked my black Mercedes Benz S420 in a supermarket's parking lot while I went inside to do\r
some grocery shopping. When I came out, I found this large dent on the back of my trunk. No one was there to tell me what had happened. It appeared a truck driver backed out his vehicle into mine and quickly left.\r
\r
I have owned this Mercedes Benz S420 for over 12 years yet it had barely 30,000 miles on it because I used to go to the City by train. Everything was in excellent condition. Even the paint had a very good shine to it. Now a large & ugly dent on the back trunk just made me feel bad every time I used the car. \r
I looked up online to find what can be done. I found dent doctor New York, picked the phone and talked to Chris. He asked me to send a picture of of the damage to him to his mobile. It is the picture you see before the repair job. I then got a quote of $300. The next morning, I drove my car to Dent Doctor in Whitesonte, on Cross Island Parkway.\r
After dropping my vehicle, Dent Doctor New York sent a driver to give me a ride back to my office, which was very convenient.\r
Later that day in the office, I got a call from someone at Dent Doctory New York. She was waiting to pick me up and take me to Dent Doctor Whitestone. I got in the car Dent Doctor sent for me, thinking one would not get this level of service at a body shop.\r
When I went back to dent doctor's shop, I was pleasantly surprised. The large dent on the S420 trunk was gone. The scratches were still there but less obvious now. Chri had told me they would not do the paint job. \r
\r
I paid the fee as Chris quoted me on the mobile phone. There was no extra charge or fees.\r
To someone to someone who wants dents removed at a reasonable cost, who does not expect an expert paint job, \r
I would highly recommend Dent Doctory New York. You get lots of value by using them.
