One day in January 2013, I was driving my ML350 along Old Country Road in Westbury looking for a place to eat. While making a turn, I got into an accident with a minivan. My SUV's front right side was hit and had an obvious dent.\r \r The ML350 was a relatively new vehicle without any dent at all. This accident put a large scratch and dent on the right front. I had hail damage 2 years ago and was hesitant in using PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) because I've never heard of anyone that I know, who did this type of work. After watching a couple of YouTube videos and then speaking to Chris (the owner of Dent Dr. NY), I figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. Today, I dropped off my car at the shop at 8AM and picked it up at 6PM. He was able to have all the dents and dings out in 1 day, as he promised. You can't even tell the car had hail damage. Believe me, I had a LOT of dents on my roof, hood and some on the doors, quarter panels and rails and they were able to get all of them out. Although, there are 1 or 2 spots that are not 100% perfect but overall, the car looks great. It's fast and the price was thousands less than what an auto body shop would charge. I did price out some body shops and other PDR places and they were all more expensive. I would highly recommend Dent Dr. to my friends and family who may need to this type of work. I am very happy with the work they just did on my car. more
