Review content:
First of all I would like to thank everyone at Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel for helping to make my experience with your dealership a very pleasant one! I am going to acknowledge the individuals that I actually had the most contact with, although I know there are a lot of people doing various jobs that help make this dealership stand out.\r

I was fortunate to have Thomas Chase as my sales consultant. I found Thomas Chase to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and pleasant to work with. \r

Over the years, I have grown to dislike car salesman in general, as I detest the hard core pressure sales techniques they tend to use on me. I have walked off more lots than I can count because of this reason. I can honestly say that there hasn't been a dealership that I would even consider refering anyone too until now.\r

As a Realtor, I have found that my most successful sales techniques are asking questions, listening intently to the answers and using their answers to close the transaction. Building trust and authentic rapport is critical to my successes. I had to smile when I found Thomas using those same sales techniques on me.\r

From our first introduction, I found Gary Casey both charming and professional. I also believe that he offered me a fair trade in value for my Chrysler.\r

My least favorite part of purchasing a vehicle has always been the financing and signing of the purchase contracts, etc. It is during this portion of the sales transaction, that I find my self being highly pressured to purchase add ons, like the extended warranties. It was because of these high pressured sales techniques that I refused to purchase any of the add ons. \r

Thankfully, my experiance with Justin Campbell was actually enjoyable. I found Justin to be professional, knowledgeable and pursuasive without being pushy. Proof of his effectiveness is the fact that I now have an extended warranty.\r
\r
I would like to suggest that Justin be given a new printer as the one he had was not working properly. After 5 failed attempts of printing the contract because of the printer malfunctioning, he had to dash into another office to print it out. I felt sorry for him and believe a new printer would save the dealership wasted time and money.\r
\r
Rest assured, that when I am ready to purchase another vehicle, I will be giving Thomas Chase a call! I also will not hesitate to refer any of my family, friends and clients interested in purchasing a Mercede Benz to your dealership!\r
\r
In closing, I would like to also acknowledge both the dealership's owner and Pat Bolter, neither of whom did I have an opportunity of meeting personally. It is abundantly clear that under their excellant guidance and mangement, Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel has become an exceptional dealership.\r
\r
It's a great life - ENJOY!
