I have had the pleasure of purchasing a new car with a great team: Kekoa D., Russ E., and Director Eddie H. Their efficiency, professionalism, and superior customer service is a step above the rest. Kekoa is young, bright, and energetic; you will definitely have a great experience with him. Russ is responsible and gets the work done, he is a great guy. Director Eddie is serious about his work and humble. Do not waste your time at other dealerships. I did not mind traveling the extra distance for exceptional service. This is a great dealership with an equally great Service Dept. When you buy your Mercedes-Benz ask for Mark Cobb as your Service Agent. He is awesome. Takes great care of you and your vehicle. He got right to the problem with the service dept. and let us know what the issue was and how to resolve it. He knows how to deliver a top notch Mercedes-Benz experience. Really great at his job. The whole dealership is a great place to go purchase a Mercedes. more
