My car was very well serviced at AAMCO Lake Forest. The customer service was very well done. They were very patient and they really did a very good job.
It was a transmission repair and we weren't exactly sure what was going on. They diagnosed the problem and were very patient while we discussed the cost and everything. It was a very competitive price--they priced it well--but nonetheless, it was expensive due to the nature of the work being done.
They provided great service; they really did. I didn't feel like they took any shortcuts or anything and they were very understanding of how the nature of the repairs can affect the customer. They gave us time to discuss it and were very, very understanding.
