After reading the reviews about the "Pool Store" I felt compelled to write about my experience with this organization. Toni, (owner) from the Pool Store really does know her business. She is very good at providing a convincing story and creating a confidence in using her company. This is where the compliments STOP! The organization Toni has assembled simply can not support the story being provided. The Pool Store sub-contracts virtually every aspect of the installation therefore, they are in control of nothing. The success of any installation greatly depends on the time in which you schedule it. Volume of work is NOT their friend, they can NOT keep up with schedules and promises. Their customer serivce is virtually non existing. I have read in several of the other reviews where there were follow up phone calls and visits on the installations. I believe this was probably true.
