Pool is leaking, Filter sits lower than concrete around the pool, 2 cracks in my concrete, vermiculite on 2 sections of my concrete, after 9 weeks their trash is still on my property, cap on ladder installed wrong resulting in ripped liner, Poor Customer Service, Owner not Customer driven after you write the first big check.. Do you need more. All around bad experience. If you like chasing your tail, then call this company. Toni the owner gets defensive the minute you correct or talk about her company. At one point I had to tell her to shut up, I am the customer let me speak. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DON NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
