Where do I begin? We ordered a liner which we were told would be in in 2 weeks. The gave us 3 different days when they would come out and do final measurements. They finally came out after we called them. The customer should not have to call for the installers to come out to do their job. Then told us that the liner was on back order and they would put it in in the spring. Hello that's why I bought a liner so my pool wouldn't leek through the winter. Finally after a month we have a liner not after an argument on the phone. Again had to call to find out when the installers were coming to my house. The argument was with the owner because she didn't believe that her people called us to inform us that the installation would be on a Monday and Tuesday. Why would we make this up? The owner is nasty and I don't understand how you can run a business like that. Isn't the customer always right? I was threatened with a lawsuit if I didn't pay for my liner.
