Review content:
This Kinkos location is open 24 hours, making the convenience far worth any hassle. However, the type of customer service you might receive there will vary. I've been helped by a very kind employee, and completely ignored by another (while my boyfriend's Kinkos card was in the computer charging him by the minute). They have a nice selection of resume paper, but some of the black and white copies I've made there show that attention is not paid to regularly changing the toner in the machines, as the bottom of multiple copies were faded.
PROS: Convenient hours, fast
CONS: Poor customer service and machine upkeep
