Rude and abrupt customer service! 3/1/2012

I have been going to this fedex location for four years, now, and I'm done being a patron. I receive gruff and rude service about every other time I'm there. My husband and I have spoken to the manager twice about it and, without mentioning names, he told us that he knew the two people that we were referring to and that he has gotten other complaints about them. Imagine that and they are still there! And, during our most recent visit, we were trying to explain to the woman that her manner was very rude and would it hurt her to say the words 'please', and 'thank you', and maybe offer a smile (basic tenets of customer service 101!), and another customer next to us said that she experiences the same attitude every time she comes in! Well, no longer, I will drive the 10 miles out of my way to go to a different location. more

expensive and unfriendly 6/16/2010

the fed ex in springfeild pa on baltimore pike i wouldnt go too. i would go to the office max down the st however... i wanted 50 copies and it cost me 30 dollars i got 80 copies at office max and paid 7 dollars. the people at office max are friendly and helpful. i didnt get one hello at kinkos. the only thing they have going for them is they're open 24/7 other than that if they closed tommorow i wouldnt care. more

Convenient hours, okay customer service 6/3/2005

This Kinkos location is open 24 hours, making the convenience far worth any hassle. However, the type of customer service you might receive there will vary. I've been helped by a very kind employee, and completely ignored by another (while my boyfriend's Kinkos card was in the computer charging him by the minute). They have a nice selection of resume paper, but some of the black and white copies I've made there show that attention is not paid to regularly changing the toner in the machines, as the bottom of multiple copies were faded. PROS: Convenient hours, fast CONS: Poor customer service and machine upkeep more
