Review content:
The guys from Kaiser were really good. They came out once and charged $100 something to have a look at the air conditioner and to try and fix it. They thought they had fixed it, and when it turned out they hadn't they came back later and didn't charge anything because the work was under warranty. After talking to them for a bit, we came to the conclusion that it was time to get a new air conditioner. They were really good and very efficient with their evaluation. They had said they wouldn't need a permit to do the work, but when I got the bill they charged me $200 for a permit, so I haven't paid them yet, but I'm sure it will work out alright.
