Review content:
I had to call another plumber out to fix the work Bostech Services did. Bostech came out and put new flappers inside two toilets because they were leaking. They installed defective flappers, which caused the toilets to run a lot.
Then they came to check that out on a follow up visit. I had heard a hissing noise and thought there was a leak. He looked around and said there wasn't. He was wrong; there was. He never turned the hot water heater off and that's where the leak was: in the hot water pipes. Had he turned it off he would have found that there was a leak.
I paid them close to $300 just for putting the flappers in the two toilets. Then I had to pay another company just about the same to fix what they did. The other company did find the leak and fixed it. I'm just lucky enough that I had enough money to pay the other plumber. Someone on a fixed income may not have.
