My three children and I needed to find a place by months end. I was laid off of my job and my ex-husband was not paying any child support. My wonderful landlords dealt with it as long as they could and allowed us to stay in our Springfield home for months’ rent free. But then they started not being able to pay their own bills with the loss of the rent money and told me I had to find another place to live since I couldn’t pay the rent. They actually signed me up with Locators and paid for it! Locators have a $99.00 thirty day program. With money as tight as it is, it was hard to stay in a good school district; $750.00 a month for 2 bedrooms doesn’t go far in the high end Delaware county towns. After 2 weeks, I was almost resigned that I would have to move to an area with not so great schools, but then I found a place in Broomall which is a great school district! We moved in a month ago and are very grateful. Thank you to my old Landlords for signing me up with Locators!
