Review content:
Two of our main providers from Floor Coverings International of Utah had serious incidences occur in their lives during the experience, so certain parts of our process were not provided as discussed. That being said, the District Manager in Denver took over for us, made all the communication calls, and always called me back on details and issues that needed someone in charge. He helped tremendously. Our floor turned out perfectly!
They were really special people. One of the main providers did come back at the end of the process to check in after being gone for a while - even though he was still recovering from a major surgery - and completed the small details to finish the job. I could not be happier.
