Floor Coverings International redid our kitchen floor with vinyl. It had to be vinyl because we don't have room under our fridge for anything taller. We love how it looks. We had trouble finding the color we wanted until we went to them. The fact that they had the color available was a huge factor. more

Floor Coverings International of Utah laid down a new carpet in one of our bedrooms. They also pulled up the old carpet. It was our first time using them, and the carpet looks beautiful! The installation work went very smoothly. We only had one small issue. The guy that did the installation said he was going to come back and take away the old carpet, but he never did. Honestly I think he just forgot, so I had to deal with the carpet myself. It was a pretty small thing, but it would be nice if they say they are going to do something that they remember to do it. Otherwise I would say the guy who did the work did a great job, and I would recommend him. more

There were two gentlemen from Floor Coverings I worked with and they were awesome. When there was a problem, they called, told me what it was, and kept me informed. They hadn't ordered enough wood the first time around for the flooring, but told me about it and said when it would be ready. I especially liked working with Chris, he was the installer. He did everything I asked for and was very nice. more

The guy who helped us at Floor Coverings International of Utah went above and beyond for us. I think his name was Dave. He was really good to us, especially when it came to the carpet recommendations he brought up. We were looking for carpet to put in two bedrooms, our living room and a hallway. Everything turned out wonderfully. We ended up using a different installer to install the carpet. We had just bought our house, and we were trying to save money. I wish we had used Floor Coverings to do the installation. The installer we went with, thinking it would be cheaper, ended up charging us double the price of the quote Floor Coverings gave us. There were also some problems with the installation that I don't think we would have had if Dave's people had done the work. You should definitely use Floor Coverings International of Utah. I don't think you'll find a cheaper option! more

Two of our main providers from Floor Coverings International of Utah had serious incidences occur in their lives during the experience, so certain parts of our process were not provided as discussed. That being said, the District Manager in Denver took over for us, made all the communication calls, and always called me back on details and issues that needed someone in charge. He helped tremendously. Our floor turned out perfectly! They were really special people. One of the main providers did come back at the end of the process to check in after being gone for a while - even though he was still recovering from a major surgery - and completed the small details to finish the job. I could not be happier. more

Floor Coverings International did my dining room, front room, hall, and stairs in laminate. Everything was just beautiful. The people were really nice. They got everything done in a reasonable time. They came back and checked on it. I feel good about it. Floor Coverings International are a good company to get involved with and do your work for you. They're dependable and friendly. more
