I had Regent Floor Covering Inc. do two things: they put a rug in a room where the rug had been destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and then they also did some cleaning of the other rugs. They were on time and what they said would be done was done.
The people are polite and courteous. They're great--no hassles. I've used them before and I like their service. I like the sales people and the installers. They do a good job, they don't cut corners like some people do, and they sell top quality carpets. You'll be glad you picked them.
