I keep going back to Regent Floor Covering. They're local, they're in the community, and they're good, nice, and professional. Everything they do is just well done. Within the last two years I've had them put in a new bathroom floor, a new kitchen floor, and I just went back and am going to have them put in a new floor in a second bathroom. The installer, Mike, is wonderful. He's the best. He's very careful, pays a lot of attention to detail, and is very clean. You don't even know he's been there once he's done. He's quiet and friendly. I don't think you can go wrong when you go with Regent Floor Covering. more

Fast and easy re-carpeting. 8/8/2013

Regent Floor Covering Inc. did a great job. Everything came out fine. They did re-carpeting in a closed porch that we were converting into a room for a pool table, including the installation of cushioning underneath. They did it quickly and very well! more

Regent really cares about the customer. 8/6/2013

I've used Regent Floor Covering Inc. for more than one project. When we first moved in, they completely carpeted and floored the house. Now, 15 years later, we had them replace the carpeting after normal wear and tear. I find they are extremely PROFESSIONAL. They listen to me and are very much about what the customer wants, as opposed to what they want. more

Great customer service, on time to install, quality work. 8/5/2013

I had Regent Floor Covering Inc. do two things: they put a rug in a room where the rug had been destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and then they also did some cleaning of the other rugs. They were on time and what they said would be done was done. The people are polite and courteous. They're great--no hassles. I've used them before and I like their service. I like the sales people and the installers. They do a good job, they don't cut corners like some people do, and they sell top quality carpets. You'll be glad you picked them. more

Great People 1/30/2012

After the holidays I had Regent come out and clean my carpets. The technician did a great job. He was fast , quiet and clean. The carpets came out looking great. Then a day later I got a call from the office, the technician had told them that my carpet was lose and needed to get tightened. They wanted to make an appointment to come out and tighten the carpet for free. I guess that is why I love Regent and why I get all my flooring from them. In addition to installing our carpet, they also did the vinyl floors and our bathroom tile. Everyone raves about the bathroom tile. My next project will be the kitchen. I can’t wait to get started! Great experience 1/4/2012

My husband and I recently had Regent remodel our master bath and had such a positive experience that I must pass it on. I must say that I had no idea that they are so much more than my local carpet store but when I went in to the store they explained to me that not only can they tile our bath but completely remodel it ! After several visits in the store dealing with Morgan and Christina we were excited when they came to our home to discuss all of our options.We liked all the ideas and hired them to start. Well they started and finished right on time and everybody was so professional and knowledgeable that we are now saving money so they can do our kitchen remodel ! Ps My favorite thing they did in my bath is my heated floor ! more

AWFUL SERVICE! 9/2/2011

The worst experience I have ever had. The work took 2 months over the time frame. They not only had the worst customer service ever but also Morgan, was rude and unhelpful. Every time we had an issue they would take forever to resolve it. They went for weeks without doing work since we did not live in the area so they took advantage of that and double booked the workers. They did this until we did pop-up visits. We spent over 50K with them and they were nothing but RUDE. If you use them you are CRAZY!!!! Awful, just awful!!!! more
