Pretty simple. I had no AC because of the disconnect box outside. Actually the problem wasn't simple to me but it was to Joe @ JDV. Showed up when they said they would.Iit wasn't cheap but they didn't overcharge me either after I talked with a friend in the industry that was unable to come on that day. I think these guys are honest and professional. I would be confident having them back in the future. They know what they're doing.
