Fast service Detected problem quickly Fixed problem with quality workmanship 1/21/2014

Had problem--- lights flickering. Determined problem with loose neutral in meter box. Resecured neutral in box. Problem solved! Kept work areas neat and clean. Wore booties at all times in my home. I am totally satisfied with JVD Electric! more

Quite a good experience 12/17/2013

JDV Electric came out and looked over a problem with one of my fixtures. I was a little concerned about it when I heard a buzz when I changed the light bulb and I was afraid of an electrical fire happening. He came out and looked at it and said it was probably the bulb I was using. It was a TFL bulb someone gave us from China. He said the fuse didn't need to be changed, he could probably upgrade but really didn't have to. He didn't push at all to change the fuse. He was very friendly and his company's not too far from me. Excellent service 10/20/2013

Oct. 18, 2013, JDV Electric installed a ceiling light fixture in my basement, also inspected & repaired other wiring down there at my request. Joe is a very professional person and we were more than satisfied with every detail of his work. I was pleased to find this kind of professionalism again. more

JDV Electric - Outstanding! 9/16/2013

I left an e-mail requesting contact and Joe called the next day and came to see the work site one day later. I was up against a time crunch and needed track lighting installed before a move-in one week away. Joe quoted within hours of his visit and, while his quote was expensive, I had been impressed with his quick response, polite businesslike demeanor and obvious professionalism so I hired him. He followed-up and followed thru keeping me apprised every step of the way. Jo was on-the-job and both he and his assistant were true professionals. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. In fact, I already have. You do get what you pay for, and I can't pay a higher compliment to Joe and JDV. more

fixed an unusual electic problem my HVAC guy couldn't 8/24/2013

Pretty simple. I had no AC because of the disconnect box outside. Actually the problem wasn't simple to me but it was to Joe @ JDV. Showed up when they said they would.Iit wasn't cheap but they didn't overcharge me either after I talked with a friend in the industry that was unable to come on that day. I think these guys are honest and professional. I would be confident having them back in the future. They know what they're doing. more

JDV Electric is excellence at it's best. Friendly and professional in behavior, one couldn't ask for better electricians who know their business. They have remedied all of my electrical problems in my house that I've requested in a timely fashion. They arrive at the times they have agreed on with me and they call just before they are at my door. Based on their work, they've done for me, I highly recommend them. more

My Highest Recommendation! 6/27/2013

I'm a retired federal agent & now run a fairly large child care center with my wife. I have had the pleasure of JDV Electric perform various types of electrical work for me at both my business and my home. On all occasions, Joe and his team did an outstanding job for a fair price. Whenever I call him to fix something, he arranges to be on the job as soon as possible, arrives promptly, and completes the job quickly and professionally. I just had him come to my home today to install a GFI three prong outlet outside of the house for some garden lights I'm having installed. Another great job accomplished, but then again, I've never had any issue with work performed by Joe and his company. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and professional electrician, then I would highly recommend JDV Electric! more

Joe replaced our electrical service and added a whole house surge protector. They were able to get the job done the next day. We got a few quotes and they were not the cheapest but we felt they offered the most value and best warranties. Would use again if needed. more

JDV Electric made my life! 5/31/2013

One day I was On Facebook and saw a post for a contest. It was something I desperately needed. An upgraded Electrical Panel. Imagine my excited self when I received word that I, in fact, won. Joe Voci came to see in person the mess that I had going on in my basement. He didn't run away screaming, rather he took all my needs into consideration and informed me of the changes he was going to provide. JDV Electric went above and beyond with the upgraded panel. He put my fears at ease with making my electric up to safety code as well. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate everything JDV did to make my family safe and make my home electric more efficient. I highly recommend JDV for ALL of your Electrical needs. more

Outstanding 5/16/2013

I called and they scheduled me for the next day and showed up on time. They brought the proper equipment to fix the problems I described to them the day before and they fixed the problems in about an hour. The electrician was polite and experienced. Overall a great experience. I will call on them the next time there is a problem. more

Excellent Fast service. 3/29/2013

Professional quality work by friendly folks that take pride in what they do. Uniformed employees place covers on their shoes to avoid tracking anything into the house. On time and ready to do the job. I've used them twice to put in outside secutity lighting and am very much satisfied with their choices of lighting and how quickly and cleanly the work was done. Have no hesitation in calling them again should additional electrical work be needed. more
