We had a leak in the ceiling and we hired Handyman Matters Knoxville to repair it if necessary. They had originally given us a $600 estimate to repair it and when the workers actually came there wasn't nearly as much damage as what they initially thought because it had dried out and there was no structural damage. So they merely painted the ceiling. Since there were no repairs necessary, that saved me $400 or somewhere in that neighborhood.
Handyman Matters were recommended to me from a realtor. Our house is for sale; so we needed structural damage if there was any repaired, but we also needed cosmetic damages repaired so it would sell. And they did that all in one day. I would recommend them highly.
We live quite a distance from where their office and warehouse is and they were not hesitant to come out and give us the free estimate and send workers. They actually went to town after they had arrived at our house and bought a couple of supplies since the work order had changed and then came back and fixed it. They were willing to help the customer be satisfied and save as much money as possible.
