Handyman Matters Knoxville came when they said they would. They encountered a few minor disruptions, which they handled well. They thought originally that it was a one-man job and they found out it was a two-man job. They got the second guy here very quickly and the job was completed in a reasonable period of time. They were installing crown molding in a bathroom. Both gentleman were articulate, polite, and pleasant. They just did the job well and were reasonably priced. more

We had Handyman Matters Knoxville build a deck in our back yard. They tore our deck down and rebuilt it. The new deck was built very sturdy and with high quality material. They did an excellent job with the craftsmanship. The handymen were very accommodating, listened to us, and worked efficiently. more

It's just that their quoting was well off the mark, even though I had given them a price upfront. Be as detailed as you possibly can as far as what you want them to do and make them aware that they need to base the quote on what it is you want and expect them to do. more

We had a leak in the ceiling and we hired Handyman Matters Knoxville to repair it if necessary. They had originally given us a $600 estimate to repair it and when the workers actually came there wasn't nearly as much damage as what they initially thought because it had dried out and there was no structural damage. So they merely painted the ceiling. Since there were no repairs necessary, that saved me $400 or somewhere in that neighborhood. Handyman Matters were recommended to me from a realtor. Our house is for sale; so we needed structural damage if there was any repaired, but we also needed cosmetic damages repaired so it would sell. And they did that all in one day. I would recommend them highly. We live quite a distance from where their office and warehouse is and they were not hesitant to come out and give us the free estimate and send workers. They actually went to town after they had arrived at our house and bought a couple of supplies since the work order had changed and then came back and fixed it. They were willing to help the customer be satisfied and save as much money as possible. more

My experience with them was for moving furniture. They were careful not to damage any of my equipment and real careful not to get the carpet muddy since it had been raining. more

They installed a new garbage disposal in my sink and did a very good job on that. They also fixed a few small things outside, just several handyman jobs and they did those very well. The only thing that was a little disappointing was I needed a dusk-to-dawn light fixed outside, but the power to it was cut and the person who came couldn't seem to fix that. more

Handyman Matters of Knoxville has done several things for us, but they were the biggest help after my brother and sister-in-law got in a very bad car accident. Handyman Matters got the house ready for them to come back home. They put in a sturdy rail on the stairs that go from the kitchen down to the dining room. They did similar things in the bathroom - the shower and the toilet. My brother has said many times that they would not have been able to stay in the house with out that work having been done. They were innovative and made recommendations that I had not thought of. They were on time, and they completed the work when they said they would. We're very thankful for the work they did. more

Bo did all the work and he's exceptional, and I'm very meticulous. Very good quality, very professional. I had to have my bathroom remodeled, and Handyman Matters Knoxville came, looked it over, and discussed what to do. When we got in under the floor, it turned out we had a leak and needed more work done than we thought. It was no problem at all. They measured and cut the floor exactly right the first time. I also had them build a little greenhouse, and they proposed some design changes that were for the better. It turned out really well. I also had them put up some new wood railings where I previously had rusting metal ones and just take care of some odds and ends like electrical work. They were really helpful. more
