I had just been away for a month on vacation and when I came back my Whirlpool washing machine was not working. Joe came in, identified the problem switch right away and was able to fix it quickly. He was very professional all in all.
He came on time, discussed options with me, and explained the cost. I am so grateful for him. He was even able to stay a few minutes extra to make sure it was working well and looked over the dryer as well. He was just a really, really solid, experienced, and competent person. I would recommend him highly. This was the first time I used him; it was the first time I had any problem with the machine, which is at least ten years old.
I told Joe that when I arrived home, I went online to look up Whirlpool washing machine repair services and I called two of the ones listed. When I called the first one, I got an answering machine that wanted me to leave my name and number and didn't even identify themselves with an appliance service. So I was very grateful when I called King Appliance and I heard "King Appliance" right away and everything was very clear.
