Review content:
Action Repair Service overall was great; it's just that the service was delayed a little bit. I know they're busy, though, and they make up for it with their customer service.
When it comes to emergencies, like when the refrigerator's gone down and you need them as soon as possible, there have been a couple times when they were not able to get there as quickly as I would have liked. I understand there are other customers and it's not just me, but for the person who needs an emergency call they might not be the very best.
I've used them about three times already. The first time everything was great and that's why I went back. When it comes to the weekend, it may be a little harder to get service done. They have great customer service, though.
