I just got a request to remove my review - maybe I should lay out what happened - I booked the actual move with them early the week of the 22nd - 9:00am START on Sunday July 28 because we were driving HOME - 17 hours after the movers were done - I got a phone call on Friday, July 26th asking to move the time to either Saturday between 4-6 or Sunday at 12:00noon - I told her that sat was not possible but would be willing to do a little later on Sunday - SHE TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE THERE NO LATER THAN 11:00 - at 2 I get a phone call they are on their way - AFTER I posted the reveiw and left about 4 messages - as of right now I STILL haven't even gotten a courtesy call......
