I don't live near Charlotte Michigan and I am not a regular customer of the Candy Ford dealership.
My wife and daughter were stranded far from home while driving from Toronto to Iowa and all the staff there could think of was closing up and leaving them there until Monday. I found a Wal-Mart tire and lube center of all places near her, got her there and in 15 minutes she was back on the road. I had her stop overnight near Kalamazoo and my cousin had the permanent repairs in place the next morning inside of 30 minutes.
The staff at Candy Ford have shown me their true colors. It is possible that there may have been employees there that would have wanted to help but because those that my wife talked to did not want to help, that is the impression that the entire dealership conveys. In short, unless everyone is there to help, no one is.
Rest assured, I will not do business there. You can turn away other travelers and close your doors in their face in lieu of mine or my family's. I will convey my opinion to all I know of the conduct displayed by those that were asked to help at your dealership.
