Candy Ford-Mercury Inc

I don't live near Charlotte Michigan and I am not a regular customer of the Candy Ford dealership. My wife and daughter were stranded far from home while driving from Toronto to Iowa and all the staff there could think of was closing up and leaving them there until Monday. I found a Wal-Mart tire and lube center of all places near her, got her there and in 15 minutes she was back on the road. I had her stop overnight near Kalamazoo and my cousin had the permanent repairs in place the next morning inside of 30 minutes. The staff at Candy Ford have shown me their true colors. It is possible that there may have been employees there that would have wanted to help but because those that my wife talked to did not want to help, that is the impression that the entire dealership conveys. In short, unless everyone is there to help, no one is. Rest assured, I will not do business there. You can turn away other travelers and close your doors in their face in lieu of mine or my family's. I will convey my opinion to all I know of the conduct displayed by those that were asked to help at your dealership. more

bought an oldsmobile a year ago. died 8 months afterwards from rust. the salesman said it was clean and should last another 5 years. thanks a lot. now that i have learned about cars. i should of seen all the signs of how shady this place is. more

My elderly mother used to take her car to Candy Ford because she bought a car from them and their service department was the best in town. They always treated her like she was a queen. A good friend of mine from growing up was the service manager there. He used to make sure she was taken care of and got the best work. He even cleaned the dog doo doo up when my mothers dog relieved herself at the shop. Now if that is not great service, what is? more
