Frank, Dee & Brian are always very helpful, and let me know in language I can understand what needs to be done to my vehicle. Also, if there was a situation where I wasn't sure how to describe what exactly was happening, I was not charged unless & until they could figure it out (which has happened a couple of times, probably because I wasn't sure how to tell them about it; correct terminology or whatever. I have been taking my vehicles to them for about 15 years now.
