I needed to store a relatively small amount of property for 4-6 months and since I live in Orcutt I naturally felt that the storage facility across from the Santa Maria Airport was a shoe-in. After trying to make an on-line reservation 5 or 6 times I finally gave up and called the office. I got an answering machine so I left a message with a return phone number; well to this day I have never got a call back from them. After looking at a couple of other facilities I called iStorage and was pleasantly surprised to encounter a friendly, knowledgeable and articulate young lady who went on the convince me that her facility was better than those I was considering, had more access and they could offer me a much better financial deal than the others could. After listening and checking around I came to the conclusion she was exactly right and came in to ink the deal. I have not been disappointed now that I have occupied the unit for a month. Kudos to iStorage and Ms. Vanessa, you are greatly appreciated. Sincerely, J. Wagner
