I reached out to Colonial Tax Services when I received a Notice of Levy from the IRS after they were referred to me by a friend. I had multiple issues - unfiled returns and large balances due. I felt hopeless and honestly thought I was at the end of my rope. I was told I owed an amount that was in excess of $70K, plus penalties and interest. Beverly and Nate navigated me through the process with professionalism and most importantly, kindness. There was never any judgment - just unwavering support and a caring attitude. Beverly was able to negotiate a payment plan that I could work with and was unfailing in her attempts to help and make certain that my needs were met while satisfying the IRS. I had many unique situations - I support my family (adult siblings and parents) and have no way to show that on my income. Beverly was unwavering in her support in trying to work out an arrangement with the IRS that would allow me to support my family as well as work to satisfy my tax obligation.
