This is by far my favorite auto related place!! Located right off Hwy 99 in McMinnville, it's very easy to find...lots of parking and a large waiting area inside with free coffee, popcorn, newspapers, and TV. And just like the commercials say, they really do come running out as soon as you park!! Everyone is so helpful and nice, whether your getting your car worked on or just paying the bill, the personnel are great! They excel in their customer retention and customer service abilities. They are extremely considerate and polite. Could not find a better auto store anywhere. Only downfall is that I wish they matched competitors prices and/or coupons, but they've got great prices none the less and any price difference is definitely made up for in their wonderful totally free warranties!! If you so much as think your tire looks low you can just drive right up and ask them, they almost jump at the chance to fix it and show off their great customer service!
